We are looking for an experienced and strategic Head of Web Marketing to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for re-imagining replit.com to make it a best in class experience. This includes building and optimizing our website for both our PLG and SLG motion. Your primary focus will be to own the entire website journey, from initial engagement through to new customer acquisition, achieving ambitious lead and customer growth goals, and driving conversion growth targets. You will own the marketing strategy, roadmap, and performance of replit.com to drive more website visits & signups. You will work with a cross-functional team encompassing Brand, Design, Product, Web Engineering, Marketing & our Web Agency. Your mandate is to transform our web properties into high-performing growth engines that drive acquisition, cross-sell, and revenue, while upholding the highest standards for performance, accessibility, governance, and brand. To achieve this, you will develop and execute a strategic roadmap, ensuring all web activities contribute to making our websites high-performing marketing vehicles for brand awareness and demand generation. This is a full-time role that can be held from our Foster City, CA office. The role has an in-office requirement of Monday, Wednesday, and Friday.
